LOOKING JUST SKATE: Girl With No Legs Wows Fans With Skateboarding Skills

This remarkable woman shows off how she became a skilled skateboarder despite having lost both her legs.

The woman -whose real identity is unknown but who calls herself simply ‘fairy on a wheelchair’ on social media – has shared videos of herself on her board in Hubei Province, in central China.

A couple of pieces of footage show the woman looking like a total pro as she takes her skateboard on smooth rides, using her arms to maintain balance and steer left and right with ease.

She told local media that she had learned how to skate in September, after losing both her legs due to an accidental injury and becoming wheelchair-bound for life.

She said: “From the wheelchair to the skateboard, I found a new freedom.”

Her paraplegia brought a lot of inconvenience to her life, but she was apparently too optimistic to simply give up on living out her best life.

And her newfound joie de vivre is perfectly visible in her videos, which she shares on Douyin – the Chinese version of TikTok.

Netizens seemingly can not help but love her for her confident and optimistic attitude.
