This is the moment cops stand idle as two have-a-go heroes mercilessly kick a whimpering biker thief who reportedly snatched a woman’s bag before crashing into a bus.

The incident took place in the city of San Miguel de Tucuman in the northern Argentine province of Tucuman after two suspects reportedly snatched a woman’s bag.

While making good their escape, they reportedly crashed into the side of a bus and were then attacked by witnesses.

One onlooker told local media: “They robbed a young woman and rode away at high speed.

“They were not that badly injured although the bus was damaged at the front.”

A video was shared on Twitter which has been viewed 57,000 times.

According to reports, only one suspect is seen in the footage because his accomplice was receiving treatment in the ambulance seen in the background.

In the clip, the alleged thief is seen sitting on the ground next to the crashed motorbike as he signs a police form.

When the official walks away, a bystander steps forward and starts booting the suspect as he whimpers in pain.

Another man then joins in and repeatedly punches the alleged thief in the head.

Two nonchalant cops intervene and lightly push away the furious residents.

The investigation into the alleged purse-snatch is ongoing.
