LIFE ON THE EDGE: How Tourists Flock To The Sheer Drop Over World’s Biggest Waterfall

This is the moment daredevil tourists really live on the edge as they try out one of the world’s most dangerous nature spots.

The Devil’s Pool is a natural rock formation on the edge of the spectacular Victoria Falls marking the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe.

And in the dry season, a natural rock formation at the edge of the falls can be used as pool for swimmers to take in the breathtaking 400-foot drop below.

Outside the dry season, the waters run too deep and fast and anyone attempting the stunt would simply be swept to their death.

But the spot has became a magnet for tourists who flock to the pool for a unique look at nature close up.

Influencer Dineo Zonke Maduna, 33, became one of the latest to join the club after she was spotted diving into the pool.

Footage later emerged of her gazing over at the spectacular drop into the raging river below.

Her Instagram page says: “Don’t let life pass you by while waiting to have someone to do things with. Live your life now.”

The videos she took herself at the falls went viral with many people amazed that it is even allowed.

Other videos show she is far from alone.

There is even a TikTok page called @victoriafallstourpatrick, which appears to offer trips to tourists who want to get close the edge of oblivion.
