Lada Driver Ploughs Into Disabled Person Begging In Wheelchair On Busy Road At Night

This is the moment a Lada driver ploughs into a disabled person who was reportedly begging while in a wheelchair on a busy road at night.

The incident was filmed in the city of Aktau in south-western Kazakhstan on 23rd July.

According to the news site Nur, the owner of a Lada 21150 hit a disabled person in a wheelchair on a busy road.

In the CCTV footage, the disabled woman apparently makes no attempt to leave the lane and turns to face the car before being hit.

It is unclear if the woman was trying to cross the road, wanted to be hit by the car, or was begging from motorists in the street as claimed by several netizens.

The victim was taken to a hospital in Mangistau, however, there have been no further updates on her condition.

The local police have confirmed that an investigation is now underway.

Netizen ‘Ermeneika’ wrote: “Why the hell was there a disabled person in the road? She was begging for sure.”

‘Yuri Spasskov’ commented: “She is a beggar who always causes emergency situations on the road, moving between the cars.”
