This is the sick moment a pervert sniffs a female neighbour’s undies before trying them on for size and allegedly masturbating in her house, amid claims he has been up to the bizarre practice for 10 years.

The suspect is also accused of putting the woman’s panties back on the clothesline after wearing them to allegedly pleasure himself in her home, located in the rural community of Boa Vista do Cucari, in the municipality of Prainha, in the Brazilian state of Para.

Suspecting their neighbour, the victim and her husband set up a hidden camera to catch him in the act.

The video apparently shows the suspect sniffing the woman’s undies before trying them on and disappearing into another room while fondling himself.

The suspect was arrested on the morning of 25th March. However, the homeowners believe he has been entering their home to carry out similar acts for over a decade, adding that they have moved house “two or three times” over the matter.

Nicodemos Carvalho dos Santos said the suspect always entered the home, where he lives with his wife and their son, when they were out.

He told local media: “We have been abused by this guy for over 10 years. We were forced to move two, three times because of this maniac.

“He would come into our house, wear my wife’s clothes, masturbate, and leave the filthy clothes on the line. A guy who does something like that is crazy or is asking to die.”

According to reports, the suspect challenged Nicodemos and his wife to supply evidence of the allegations at the police station, and they promptly provided the CCTV footage.
