This is the heartwarming moment a cop plays a tender Flamenco song on a guitar to calm down a “disorientated” 86-year-old man with Alzheimer’s who went missing from home that morning.

The elderly man, whose name was not disclosed, was reported as missing by loved ones in the town of Tomares in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia that morning.

He was found by police officers on Carlos III Avenue in the city of Seville who soon discovered that he was reported as missing.

The cops took him to the police station and contacted his son who left his home to collect his 86-year-old father.

While being cared for by the cops, the OAP told them that he is a fan of flamenco music and one of the officers reached for his guitar to play him tender ballads until his son arrived to pick him up.

The footage was posted on Twitter by Seville’s emergency services with the message: “He was disoriented and could not remember his home address.

“While waiting to be picked up, the man confessed to the cops that he loves flamenco music.

“An officer got a guitar and it was the best therapy to help the man through the difficult process. When his son arrived, he was happy.”
