A pervert who offered women cash to film himself caning their bare feet for social media is being investigated by police.

The 33-year-old suspect – a married dad-of-two named only as Erkan T. – claims he thought he could become a social media star through the sick footage.

Erkan graded his women according to how pretty they were and paid more money to those he classified as ‘attractive’ to be tortured on camera than those he classified as ‘ugly’.

However, the plan failed because his social media accounts kept getting blocked as the bizarre content was regarded as too sick.

Erkan invited women in need to his home, blindfolded them, tied their hands and feet with handcuffs and a scarf, and hit their feet with sticks, according to reports.

It was revealed that Erkan – who works in a cargo company in the district of Melikgazi in the Turkish province of Kayseri – paid TRY 500 (GBP 43.4) to ‘beautiful’ victims and TRY 250 (GBP 21.6) to those he called ‘ugly’.

Kinky Erkan filmed the torture sessions on his phone and sent some of the clips to other women he wanted to beat to show them what was in store.

One woman, named as N. K., said Erkan contacted her and offered money to torture her.

She subsequently filed a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor’s office.

The police then launched an investigation against Erkan for ‘obscenity’ and ‘sexual harassment’.

The Ethics Bureau of the Public Security Branch detained Erkan as part of the investigation.

However, he was released after leaving a statement on 6th September 2021 because the victims he allegedly tortured in return for money did not file a complaint against him.

In his statement to the police, Erkan is quoted as saying: “I have been married for 10 years.

“The images on my mobile phone were taken with the women’s consent. I met them through social media.

“I did not force anyone to do anything. I gave money to the women in the images.”

He went on: “By making these videos, I wanted to become an internet phenomenon and earn money.

“However, the images I filmed were not uploaded because they were deemed inappropriate on social media.

“Therefore, I just kept the videos on my phone. I did not think that there was a crime here because the women consented.”

During the investigation, police quizzed Erkan’s his wife – identified only as H.T. -who said: “I have been married to Erkan for 10 years. We have two children. I am one of the women whose feet were tied with a scarf and hit with a stick.”

“My husband would do it to me from time to time. I had to accept Erkan’s request to not have problems in my marriage.

” I learned about other women after the footage came out in the media.

“I didn’t know anything about other women. I don’t know who the women in the images are. I don’t know that this was being done in my house to other women.”

She added: “I am not going to report my husband.”

Despite H.T. and other victims refusing to file a complaint, the public prosecutor’s office launched criminal proceedings against him at the Kayseri 15th Criminal Court of First Instance.

Prosecutors are asking for a prison sentence of up to five years for actions against his wife and up to four years for ‘obscenity’.
