This man has been arrested for allegedly posting snaps of himself sniffing stolen women’s underwear on Instagram – and ejaculating into a pair of nicked washing line shorts before putting them back.

Thirty-four-year-old Wei Ming Lim has been arrested in the town of Tampines, in the East Region of Singapore after he posted photos of himself sniffing women’s underwear onto Instagram.

In the photos, the smiling suspect can be seen holding up a pair of pink knickers and another photo shows him apparently sniffing them.

Reports state the police received several complaints against Lim and he was arrested. 

He is believed to have stolen the knickers from washing lines around local housing estates and in one post he seemingly admitted to having masturbated onto a pair of shorts before hanging them back onto the washing line where he found them.

He wrote “Public pcc onto black shorts. Then after that just hang back same place I took it. Will dry up by morning. This is 3 days worth of load.”

Pcc is said to stand for “Pa Chew Cheng” in the Hokkein language and translates as “masturbate”.

Reports state he deleted his first Instagram account, where he had over 1,000 followers, before he created a new account.

He is set to be charged in court, although the charges are unclear. Reports state he faces a fine of 1,000 SGD (593 GBP) if found guilty.
