This 23-year-old Argentine influencer has suffered a fatal heart attack on a bus while holidaying with her pals on the coast.

Valeria Silvestre, who had nearly 400,000 followers on TikTok and 70,000 on Instagram, died suddenly this week while holidaying in Brazil.

In her last posts, Valeria is seen posing with pals on different beaches in the coastal city of Florianopolis in the southern Brazilian state of Santa Catarina.

In response to online rumours surrounding the young woman’s mysterious death, her cousin Mile decided to set the record straight on his TikTok page.

Mile said: “She was on a bus. She was sleeping. Her friends tried to wake her up, but she wouldn’t.

“They started performing CPR to revive her while also calling for an ambulance.

“They took her to hospital and there they told us that she had passed away.

“She suffered a heart attack and left us.”

Mile added: “I say this because there are people stirring up trouble, saying it is a lie. Do they think my family or I would mess around with something like that? Get outta here!”

The victim, who came from the town of El Talar in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires, was studying actuarial sciences at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).

On her growing social media platforms, she liked to talk about astrology and gave book reviews.

It is unclear if the Brazilian authorities are continuing to investigate her sudden death.
