This is the incredible time lapse footage of a pilot landing a plane in thick foggy weather.
The pilot filmed the scenes while flying from the city of Alicante in the southern Spanish region of Valencia to the city of Santiago de Compostela in the north-western region of Galicia.
The footage is only 26 seconds long, but reportedly happened over a 12-minute period.
The video, filmed by 24-year-old Enrique Moresco, shows a Boeing 737 coming in to land at Rosalia de Castro Airport.
The time-lapse footage was later shared on the pilot’s Twitter account where it has been widely circulated.
He said: “For pilots, it is very common, especially in the winter season, to encounter these kinds of situations.
“In Spain, there are many foggy regions, and not just in the north. For us, it is easier when something like this happens in Galicia, for example, as their airports are better prepared for this kind of weather than Jerez or Seville.
“We do not land blind, there are security protocols that allow us to land if the fog is 15 metres (49 feet) high. In this case, the fog disappeared at around 30 metres (98 feet) in height.”
“Foggy conditions are limiting, but do not require emergency manoeuvres.”
Netizen ‘Lasednagaia’ said: “Oh my God, what an adrenaline moment! Very precise in low visibility conditions. This is trusting completely in the plane’s technology, right?”
Enrique answered: “We place confidence in the plane’s instruments, but there has to be a point where we can see the runway otherwise we should abort our approach.”
He added that communication with air traffic control workers is also important in such difficult moments.
