This is the moment a husband beats up his wife’s gynaecologist and then sends an elderly female nurse flying after his wife complained about being treated rudely.
Local media report the incident came after the pregnant woman, whose name and age are not reported, was taken to a perinatal centre in the city of Volgograd in south-western Russia’s Volgograd Oblast region after she had a fall.
The woman, who is 26 weeks pregnant, was checked by hospital staff and offered to stay the night in the clinic so doctors could monitor her condition.
However, she then reportedly became involved in a dispute with hospital staff and made a phone call to her hubby complaining about being mistreated.
The head of the clinic, Maria Polyanskaya, told reporters: “She was speaking very loudly, and said many inappropriate words. Since there were other patients around, the doctors made a comment about it, asking her to speak quieter.
“Then the woman started being aggressive, arguing with doctors, fighting with them and saying on the phone that she was insulted.”
The woman’s husband, named in reports as Emil A., 22, then went to the clinic and in the video, he can be seen arguing with a doctor, reportedly his wife’s obstetrics and gynaecology doctor, as the female nurse stands in between them.
The husband punches the doctor, and the nurse aged 64 steps in to try and calm him down. However, the enraged husband then launches a new attack, repeatedly punching the doctor before taking his top off.
The nurse can be seen pushing him back away from the doctor as another member of staff blocks his entrance from a back room with a desk chair. His pregnant wife can be seen dressed in all black in the middle of the melee.
The husband then walks around the clinic topless before going back into the back room. The elderly nurse can then be seen flying through the air and falling to the floor as if she was violently shoved and the husband then walks out of the room.
The incident reportedly took place on 30th December but has only recently been reported in local media.
Representatives of the clinic reportedly documented all their employees’ injuries and sent the case to the police.
The husband has been arrested and a criminal investigation has been launched. Reports state he could face up to two years in prison if found guilty. The case is ongoing and the suspect reportedly remains under arrest.
