This is the moment a gang of thugs armed with a hockey stick brutally beat a pair of customers in an off-licence leaving one bleeding on the floor.
The disturbing scene was recorded in an off-licence in the city of Achinsk in central Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Krai region in the late hours.
CCTV footage shows two men standing at the counter when three thugs walk in behind them, with one of the gang reportedly holding a broken hockey stick.
The thug with the stick hits one of the customers in the head with it whilst his two companions begin beating the other victim.
The customer hit with the stick drops to the floor and the thug continues beating him with the weapon.
The other pair then punch the other victim to the ground and beat him whilst he is on the floor.
The taller victim eventually gets to his feet and argues with the gang whilst his friend is seen bleeding and lying motionless on the floor.
Local police report both victims were able to leave the shop on their own, with the victim beaten with the stick reportedly refusing to be hospitalised.
The police have arrested one suspect and searching for the other two. It is unclear if the arrested suspect has been charged.
The conflict was allegedly sparked by a remark made about one of the attackers when he was leaving the shop.
