According to Makarov, together with the co-founders of the party they are going to create a special application for mobile phones to faster and more effectively resolve the problems of the nation.

He said: “To create a transparent system of voting and discussion of issues, the party will create a website and an application with open dialogs on any topics that should be regulated by political force.”

Local media report the webpage will launch on 12th April while the mobile application should be launched by September. Makarov said the group are prepared to invest 1,000,000 USD (811,100 GBP) to create the application.

Makarov has worked on World of Tanks since 2010, with 3 million people playing the game in Russia daily.

The game is built on a ‘freemium’ business model where the game is free-to-play, but participants also have the option of paying a fee for use of premium features. The focus is on player versus player gameplay with each player controlling an armoured vehicle.

The game was developed by Belarusian company Wargaming.
