The world-famous adult star reportedly burst into tears when he made the announcement during an interview with the Rai2 TV programme ‘Belve’, set to air on 15th November, according to Italian media.

The man known as the ‘Italian Stallion’ in the porn world said that he is addicted to sex and that he is pulling out of the industry.

It is not the first time Rocco has announced his retirement and he had already spoken about his addiction to sex in 2015.

At the time, as was the case in 2004, Rocco, now 58, had stated that he wanted to retire for his family, to protect his marriage and because his children were getting older and could no longer just tell them that he had to go to work.

Siffredi, during this latest interview, reportedly compared himself to footballer Francesco Totti, 46, saying: “I know we have a common problem, sex addiction”.

Rocco has starred in over 1,300 pornographic films.

His real name is Rocco Antonio Tano but he has been known as Rocco Siffredi throughout his porn career, taking his name from Alain Delon’s Roch Siffredi character from the Borsalino (1970) film.
