Hairstylist Uses Metal Bar On Stove To Create Stunning Look For Engaged Sister

This is the moment a Chinese hairstylist heats up a metal bar on the stove and uses it to curl his sister’s hair for an engagement do with stunning final results.

Tony, a stylist from the city of Yinchuan in the Chinese region of Ningxia, shared the footage on his profile on Douyin, which is what TikTok is known as in China.

The news site Baidu said Tony did not bring any hair equipment with him when he returned to his hometown to visit his family and had to improvise when his sister came to him with a request.

The young woman had recently become engaged and had a formal do to attend.

Tony decided to improvise with a metal bar and the kitchen stove to create his sister’s impressive curls.

He heated the bar on the stove and, making sure it was the right temperature before applying it to his sister’s hair, used it as a makeshift curling iron.

As seen in the footage, the results were amazing and Tony’s sister and family were all suitably impressed.

Douyin users were also gobsmacked by Tony’s creative efforts, with many netizens letting him know that they also have steel pipes at home for him to pop round and style their hair with any time he wants.
