This is the moment a pair of gypsy yobs cause an all-out melee and violently beat a good Samaritan sales assistant who asked them to stop arguing with another customer.
The incident took place in a shop in the city of Gabrovo in central northern Bulgaria and was recorded by a CCTV camera.
In the video, a female shop assistant can be seen running away as her colleague in a green fleece is pushed into the shop by a topless thug.

The tattooed thug grapples with the shop assistant and knocks over displays before one the topless man’s companions begins punching the worker’s face.
The worker, named in reports as 31-year-old Vencislav Ivanov, and the smaller thug end up on the ground and the topless man appears to break up the fight before suddenly launching a haymaker at the shop assistant.
The thug’s fist connects with the worker’s jaw and the other thug jumps into the melee as Ivanov is knocked to the ground.
The topless man kicks Ivanov’s face before the shop assistant slowly gets to his feet.
The female worker then climbs onto the counter and appears to order everybody to get out of the shop.
Local media report Ivanov was taken to hospital with a haematoma, bruising and other unspecified injuries suffered in the incident.
Three men, reportedly from the Romani minority, were arrested for the attack which is said to have begun when Ivanov’s female colleague asked him to ask the three men not to argue with other customer’s at the entrance to the shop.
He told local media: “I approached them and asked them politely not to argue at the entrance because clients were passing by.”
Shopowner Ivailo Filev said: “We don’t ask much from our business but to work in a peaceful atmosphere, without stress for the workers.”
Ivailo said that a complaint will be filed for the damage caused by the brawl, and the victim and his female colleague will also file a criminal complaint.
The case is ongoing.
