This is the moment a frisky drunk woman swaps lads for a lamppost as she presses herself against the ‘sexy’ streetlight and passionately French kisses it.

The incident was filmed during a town festival in an unspecified area of the central Mexican capital Mexico City and posted on Facebook where it has been viewed 357,000 times.

In the footage, the young woman is seen holding a drink with one hand as she uses the other to hold onto a lamppost in the middle of a public square.

As hundreds of locals enjoy the ongoing festivities, the apparently-drunk woman passionately tongues the post before placing both arms around it.

While swaying to the music and gyrating against the post, she clearly tries to seduce the inanimate object with her smothering wet kisses.

Meanwhile, revellers are seen walking past bemused while others film the frisky woman with their phones.

According to local media, she attended the festival with her partner, but it is unclear whether he left after she ‘hooked up’ with the post.

Netizen ‘Juan Ponce’ commented: “I would like to be that pole!”
