Fentanyl-Carrying Driver Caught After He Crashes Vehicle

A driver in a black Cadillac CTS was arrested after fleeing from a traffic stop and crashing into another vehicle.

Damion Bletcher was quickly apprehended by the DeLand Police Department on 3rd March after they discovered a large quantity of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia in his possession.

He faces a variety of charges, including reckless fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, trafficking in fentanyl and cocaine, and driving with a suspended license, among others.

One person was injured in the crash and taken to the hospital.

Bletcher is currently being held in the Volusia County Branch Jail on a total bond of USD 782,500 (GBP 650,600).
