A female member of a murderous drug gang has been seized after she went to the police station to enquire about her arrested father.
Accused Milena Ribeiro da Silva went to the police station in Mariluz, Brazil, to ask about her dad, Reginaldo Ned, after learning that he had been taken into custody.
Ned was arrested in a police operation on 28th April that also saw seven other adults and one minor arrested, according to local media.
The Civil Police identify Ned as the leader of a drug-trafficking organisation that has terrorised Mariluz this year with at least 10 murders.
When Da Silva went to the police station, the Civil Police saw that there was an outstanding arrest warrant for her and seized her on suspicion of organised crime.
The female crook was not apparently aware of the arrest warrant.
The police believe that Da Silva – pictured here pouting while holding a handgun – is part of the same gang as her father and her husband.
The latter is locked up at the Cruzeiro do Oeste Penitentiary for drug trafficking.
After her husband was jailed, Da Silva reportedly continued his illicit activities, earning herself the nickname “Bibi Perigosa” (Dangerous Bibi).
The police are still searching for three more individuals on accusations of involvement with the gang.
Local media have named them as Geovani Henrique dos Santos, Lucas Ribeiro da Silva, and Genivaldo Ribeiro da Silva.
