This 38-year-old former adult actress once dubbed the ‘Queen of Porn’ has shared photos of her dramatic body transformation after she piled on over 22 lbs and underwent ops on five body parts.

Miriam Sanchez, better known in adult entertainment as Lucia Lapiedra, decided to undergo the operations to get back her famous figure after several years out of the public eye.

The Spanish porn star won the Spanish edition of the popular reality show ‘Survivor’ in 2008 and began to appear on other terrestrial TV shows more frequently.

However, she dropped off the radar several years ago and did not appear on TV screens again until the former blonde was snapped with dark hair and appearing overweight.

Now enjoying life as a brunette, she explained on Twitter: “A lot of time passed and I gained over 10 kilogrammes (22 lbs).

“That is why, together with CEME (the clinic), we are going to reshape my image so I can look better and feel good about myself.”

After Lapiedra piled on the weight, she revealed that she has undergone ‘lipotransfer’ operations on her tummy, thighs, chin, arms and boobs.

She posted before-and-after images on social media and the 38-year-old asked her followers: “Guys, here I am! The surgery finished this morning, what do you think about the results?

Netizen ‘PipiEstrada’ commented: “It makes me happy to see you starting a new life. I love you very much and I am happy to see you smiling again. You are a valued, brilliant and intelligent woman. Never give up.”
