This is the moment ex-porn star Mia Khalifa cries as she watches a viral video of a young woman explaining that she has suffered from being compared to the porn star since she was 13 years old.

During her brief career in porn, Khalifa, who became the most viewed performer on Pornhub in two months after starting out, was famed for wearing trademark glasses.

But TikToker @oreo_mlkshake complained that when she turned up with her glasses at high school, she had to stop wearing them because boys compared her to Mia Khalifa.

In the viral video, she said: “I can’t wear my glasses because the high school boys keep saying I look like Mia Khalifa with them, and it makes me uncomfortable.”

The woman talking to herself with a look of sadness says: “You were only 13.”

Apparently affected at a young age by boys comparing her to a famous porn star, she also said that the situation damaged her relationship with her school friends and family.

The video has been viewed 11.6 million times on TikTok and prompted Khalifa to share a split-screen of the incident.

The Lebanese-American former adult actress, who only worked in porn for three months, nevertheless managed to become the most searched porn star on many adult websites.

After watching the video she apologised to one young woman for causing her to receive negative attention due to her resemblance to Khalifa and she reposted the video with footage of herself watching it.

In the clip, Khalifa is seen crying as she watches the young woman recounting her childhood problem.

The former porn star wrote: “I’m so sorry. I don’t wear it anymore for this reason.”

Khalifa also posted an apology on ‘Oreo_mlkshake’s’ original video saying: “No you don’t understand. This wasn’t ever your fault. You’re an inspiring woman.”

Last year, Khalifa sold her famous glasses that she used in porn films at an auction for USD 100,000 and donated the money to the Lebanese Red Cross after Beirut’s port explosion.
