This dog owner has been arrested after her pet pooches were filmed brutally attacking each other and one was seemingly left dead after she lifted it into the air by its lead.

The shocking scenes were recorded in the Sai Kung District of Hong Kong as the 64-year-old woman was walking her three dogs, a brown poodle, a black poodle, and a Pomeranian.

In the video, the woman, who has not been named in reports, can be seen recording other dog owners who she had reportedly had an argument with earlier in the day.

As she is filming her black poodle begins attacking the Pomeranian. The two pooches begin fighting and the owner struggles to contain them, eventually lifting both dogs into the air by their leads.

The Pomeranian can be seen swinging in the ait by the lead and when she lets it down the dog is motionless.

Onlookers can be heard screaming and the owner takes the motionless dog in her arms and begins walking away with an unidentified young man helping her walk them.

Netizens later identified the dog owner online, with the surname Lee, and she had posted: “A happy day ended sadly. Jazz, my black poodle gone crazy and killed my Pomeranian. He bitted Pony by his neck and wouldn’t let go. Pony died instantly. (sic)

“I was so sad and angry and decided to put Jazz to sleep. This is the fourth time he attacked other dogs. He attacked another one at the Science Park earlier today. I cannot stand him killing his own brother so I took him to the vet to put to sleep. Now I only have two girls left. So sad! (sic).”

A police spokesperson confirmed that a 64-year-old woman had been arrested on suspicion of public misconduct and animal abuse.

The investigation is ongoing and it is unclear if the woman has been charged.
