England And Kosovo Fans Come Together To Chant F Serbia

This is the moment English and Kosovo football fans come together in a pub and chant “f*ck Serbia” before the Three Lions’ away win – infuriating Serbia fans who have accused the England fans of hypocrisy.

The video was taken at a local pub in the capital city Pristina located in eastern Kosovo yesterday (Sunday) before England’s 4-0 victory in EURO 2020 qualifying.

The video shows the moment several English and Kosovo supporters can be seen chanting “f*ck Serbia!” repeatedly as men wearing both English and Kosovo jerseys are seen raising their pint glasses and waving their hands in a local pub.

The chants came as Kosovo fans welcomed the travelling support as a show of gratitude for the United Kingdom’s help in the Kosovo War, which began in February 1998.

The conflict between Yugoslavia and the Kosovo Liberation Army saw many civilians killed and Britain, as part of NATO, participate in the bombing of Yugoslavia before the war ended in June 1999.

The chants which have angered Serbian netizens as they have taken to commenting on the videos to voice their disapproval of the chants.

‘bobrock613’ wrote: “Reporting racial chants in Kosovo towards Serbia by English and Kosovo soccer ‘fans’. Any reaction regarding this? Or is it OK if Serbia does the same thing or any other country for that matter?”

‘MarkoIgnjatov17’ said: “And where are the accusations of racism and fascism made by officials now… The FSS (the Serbian Football Association) has to pass this on to FIFA and UEFA.”

‘HorizontPejic’ fired back: “F*ck England.”

While ‘pravednica’ wrote: “The stupidest and biggest idiots are from England!”

English flags and banners supporting Rahim Sterling, who was the target of racist chants on 14th October in England’s 6-0 win over Bulgaria the capital city Sofija, were seen in the Pristina City Stadium.

There have been no reports of any possible sanctions or accusations made against England or Kosovo.

The match ended with a resounding 4-0 victory for the England who qualified for the tournament as group winners. Kosovo finished in third position with 11 points and will play North Macedonia in their playoff semi-final.

The 2020 EURO tournament is set to take place between 12th June and 12th July in 2020 hosted in 12 different cities in 12 different countries around Europe – with the final being held at Wembley Stadium.
