This footage shows a woman stripping off her clothes after hopping on the bonnet of a Mercedes-Benz saloon as the car’s driver sits inside.

The bizarre incident is thought to have happened just hours after the woman named only as Ms Chen was released from police custody in the county of Xuyi, which is in Huai’an City in East China’s Jiangsu Province.

Videos taken by witnesses just after 8pm local time on 25th June show Ms Chen lying on the bonnet of the blue Mercedes-Benz with her arms and legs spread out.

She removes her shorts and her top before stomping her feet on the bonnet, with the Merc’s incredulous owner seated inside and appearing to be calling the police on his phone.

Ms Chen later removes her bra and is seen shouting incoherently at witnesses while standing on the roof of the pricey German saloon car.

She was later escorted away by police.

The authorities revealed Ms Chen had been sentenced to 10 days of administrative detention on 14th June for accidentally setting fire to a parked lorry.

She mistakenly started a fire in her vegetable patch and set the vehicle ablaze on 9th June, causing more than 90,000 RMB (10,300 GBP) in damages.

The police believe Ms Chen had a “breakdown” after being sentenced and learning of the money she now owed.
