DOG TIRED: Lazy Owner Trains Pooch To Turn Out Bedroom Lights

This is the moment a man shows the special bond with his dog that lets the pet pooch know the exact moment to turn the lights out for the night.

The owner – named only as Mr Liu in local media in Nanyang, Henan Province, China – had been training the clever husky for 15 months.

And on 13th December, Mr Liu shared a video which shows just how well the two are getting along.

The video, which was shared on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok, shows the black-and-white husky napping on the bed by Mr Liu’s side.

And Mr Liu, who appears to be already tucked in and ready for sleep as well, gently nudges the dog with his leg.

Amazingly, the dog wakes up, and without the man having to say anything, it walks over to the wall and gets on its hind paws to reach the light switch and flicks it with its nose.

Seconds later, the bedroom is completely dark, and the two can finally sleep.

Mr Liu said that at first, he was very surprised at how easily his pup learned the command, but now finds it very amusing.

On the video, which has almost reached 500,000 likes and has over 40,000 comments, Mr Liu wrote the caption: “Living together for a long time will produce a kind of tacit understanding.”
