When she returned home after her shift she reportedly found the boy dead in a pool of blood and called the emergency services.

Officers of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the general prosecution of the state went to the scene and it is believed the dog, named ‘El Diablo’ (The Devil), had bitten the teen on the throat when he was convulsing.

Local media report the youngster often had epileptic fits and admitted the dog would become nervous during the attacks.
