This incredible footage shows a kidnapper throwing a schoolgirl back onto the street after trying and failing to stuff her into his boot.

The girl, who has been reported as being between the ages of 11 and 13, was on her way to school when the attempted kidnapping took place in the village of Jian’an in Wutai County in China’s northern Shanxi Province.

CCTV footage dated 17th January shows her walking past the suspect who is parked in the side street she is passing.

The girl who is unaware she was being stalked is then suddenly snatched from behind by the suspect, who drags her all the way to his car, opens the boot, and throws her inside.

However, the incredibly determined schoolgirl refuses to go quietly and fights back with force despite the car boot lid being closed on top of her.

In the video, the child’s persistence results in the suspect being unable to shut his boot, and in the end he gives up on the kidnapping altogether.

He pulls the girl out his boot and violently throws her onto the road before driving away, the video shows.

The clip ends with the stunned girl lying prone and clearly in shock for a short while before staggering away, visibly shaken.

Authorities said the girl’s father reported the incident, and police are now hunting the suspect.
