Dead Body Ends Up In Road As Hearse Drives Along Bumpy Road

A dead body has ended up in the middle of the road in a small town in Argentina after the hearse went over a bumpy road on the way to the funeral.

The incident took place in the locality of Senillosa in the western Argentine province of Neuquen on Sunday.

While driving over a bumpy road, the support holding the dead body reportedly collapsed and the coffin slid off and knocked the doors open.

According to reports, the body was being taken to the town of Picun Leufu for burial.

Local media said the condition of the road is very poor and it is suspected that the hearse driver carried out a sudden manoeuvre that caused the coffin support to collapse, and the coffin to slide out of the back.

The hearse belongs to the community organisation Cooperativa de Servicios Publicos Plottier and the president, Sergio Soto, has apologised to the deceased’s family about the incident, according to Cronica.
