This is the Dad who shot his boss dead as he prayed before returning home to murder his wife and three-year-old daughter before turning the gun on himself.

The shocking incident occurred in the Erenler district of Sakarya province in Turkey after Ismail Bozbay had an argument with his boss, contractor Ahmet Kuzgun, over money.

Kuzgun reportedly told Bozbay to leave the office but the employee is said to have returned shortly after with a gun and shot his boss three times in the back as he carried out his daily prayers.

Bozbay fled the scene and paramedics then found Kuzgun dead at the scene. A manhunt was launched and cops then raided Bozbay’s home.

The officers found the dead bodies of Ismail Bozbay, his wife Aycan Bozbay and their three-year-old daughter Serra Bozbay in the home.

Cops reportedly found a four-page note left by Bozbay saying that Kuzgun had owed him money and was not paying up.

He said he had just been trying to scare Kuzgun and had accidentally killed him.

He wrote: “I killed Ahmet when I came back to the office in a moment of rage although I only went there to scare him. I am very regretful about that. When I came back home I killed my wife and daughter. I didn’t want them to suffer after me. 

“I don’t have even a traffic ticket which I haven’t paid. I don’t know why I did such a thing. I am regretting my deeds.” 

Bozbay’s neighbour Ismail Fener told reporters: “Mr Ismail was a very gentle and tender-minded man, he was a man who wouldn’t even harm a bug, that is why we were all in shock to hear the incident.” 

The bodies of the Bozbay family were sent to the Sakarya University Training and Research hospital’s autopsy centre. A police investigation into the case was launched.
