This is the moment a driver gets more than he bargained for when he swerves into a man on a bicycle with his lorry and is then floored by a left hook after jumping out of his cab.

An eyewitness with a smartphone filmed the road rage incident in the island city state of Singapore.

The footage begins with the cyclist, clearly angry at the lorry driver for cutting him off on a busy road, angrily knocking on the driver’s cab of the lorry.

The lorry driver then reacts by steering his vehicle straight at the cyclist who is pushing his bike along the roadside.

The cyclist has to pick up his bike off the ground to get out of his way as the truck drives right up the roadside verge towards him.

The cyclist tries to simply walk away, carrying his bike, but the lorry driver is clearly not satisfied and jumps out of his cab to chase after him.

His rival hears him coming, puts down his bike on the ground and catches the man with a left hook which puts him on his backside.

The lorry driver is left sitting on the ground, rubbing his face, while the cyclist turns his back on him, gets back on his bike and rides off.

The eyewitness later shared the clip on Facebook and revealed that there was no police involvement in the incident with neither party presumably feeling they had grounds to lodge a complaint.
