This is the beautiful footage of a tiny kitten and a baby hedgehog play-fighting and frolicking together in the garden.

The Disney-style scene was filmed in the district of Uskudar in the north-western Turkish city of Istanbul and shared on social media where it has been widely circulated.

According to local media, the unlikely friendship started when an unnamed home owner started to take care of a stray cat and her litter of kittens living in the apartment block’s grounds.

When the family took food to the cats, they noticed two cute little hoglets hanging around and started to feed them too.

After a while, the residents spotted one of the kittens and hoglets playing together and decided to film the cute pair.

Reports said that the mother cat also took the baby hedgehogs under her protection.

In the adorable footage, a kitten and hoglet are seen play-fighting on the ground for over two minutes.

Netizens had a lot to say about the unlikely friendship. ‘Funda Engin’ commented: “They are so beautiful! I can’t stop watching them play together.”
