This is the cute dog that stole an elderly woman’s dentures from under her pillow and then happily posed for a series of amusing snaps while wearing them.
According to reports, 28-year-old student Anna Carolina Lima posted the photos on social media after her dog Luna stole her grandmother’s dentures.
The psychology student, who attends university in Ponta Grossa in the southern Brazilian state of Parana, was visiting her gran in the south-eastern state of Minas Gerais with her dog for one week.
Days after arriving, the elderly woman’s false teeth disappeared from under her pillow and the pair could not find them after a lengthy search.
However, they soon realised that Luna was ‘wearing’ the dentures and happy to pose for a series of amusing photos.
Anna told local media: “My nan was desperate because she couldn’t find her dentures and even begged God to help her locate them, but without any luck.
“Hours later, Luna was playing around the house in the darkness and when I called, she came to me with a cute face and her tail wagging, jumping around, but she did not have them. She is very clever, she picks things up and hides them.
“Later on, I found Luna on the sofa with the teeth in her mouth, biting on them and refusing to give them up!
“I was eventually able to distract her and take them away, luckily they were not damaged.”
