A couple have been fined a whopping 7,500 EUR for engaging in oral sex on a train in Germany just weeks after a randy couple in Switzerland got off scot-free for the same ‘crime’.

The couple have been fined 7,500 EUR (6,480 GBP) after they were seen engaging in the sex act at 11.30am on the Berlin suburban express train.

The incident happened while other commuters were on their way to the countryside, to have lunch with their families and to church, according to local media.

The case comes just weeks after a randy couple were filmed on a Swiss train engaging in oral sex. The footage was uploaded to the internet where it has notched up over 257,000 views so far on one site alone.

In the Swiss video a man believed to be a conductor approaches the pair and requests their tickets, then simply walks off without commenting on their actions.

In this latest incident, Nico N., 39, a manager in a large unnamed company let his trousers down while Luisa C., 37, who works at the same company, knelt down in front of him.

An embarrassed Luisa told the court about the incident that took place in April 2018: “We were freshly in love. It’s not really my style, but that day I did not care what others might think. We had a party, with champagne and wine.”

Nico added: “We were out of control.”

Luisa reportedly agreed. Local media report that when the judge asked them whose idea it was, Luisa C. swallowed and blushed while Nico N. turned pale.
