This is the moment a couple are filmed seemingly having sex on top of a lighthouse in the port of Ibiza.

The video was recorded by witnesses apparently from a boat near the lighthouse located in the entrance of the port of the city of Ibiza, in the eastern Spanish region of the Balearic Island.

The video shows the couple apparently having sex on top of the lighthouse just feet from locals walking by in the winter sun.

Local media report that the pair may now face a fine for breaking the municipality rules if they are identified.

According to local news outlet, Noudiari, the number of places in Ibiza and the nearby island of Formentera where furtive sex meetings have taken place has doubled within two years.

In fact, the place where the couple was recorded having sex is also reported in this website called “mispicaderos.com” where it was named as one of the 25 best places for outdoor bonking in 2018.

Despite the popularity, those carrying out such activities now face a fine under new laws designed to tackle badly-behaved tourists.

The regional government of the Balearic Islands has passed a new law which also aims to curbs the number of premises selling booze-included packages in the area.
