This is the moment two drunken love rivals brawl in the street with knives in a row over an alleged affair before they reportedly ended up killing each other.
The shocking scene took place in the municipality of Cajamarca in the central-western Colombian department of Tolima after the two men had reportedly been drinking.
Local media said that the duo, identified as 35-year-old Reinaldo Reinoso and 42-year-old Deiber Castiblanco Valderrama, became involved in a heated row over an alleged affair between Deiber and Reinaldo’s wife.
However, official sources have not yet confirmed this as the cause of the fight.
In the footage, Deiber appears to attack Reinaldo, wearing a green top, with a knife as onlookers film and take pictures but do nothing to stop the fight.
Meanwhile, Reinaldo seems to be using a chair to defend himself.
Although unclear in the video, reports said that Reinaldo pulled out a blade of his own halfway through the brawl and the two men ended up repeatedly stabbing each other.
According to local media, Reinaldo died on the scene while his rival was taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
He was reportedly stabbed in his right arm, abdomen and chest.
The local authorities have confirmed that they are investigating the deaths.
