Charred Body Of Trainee Fire Woman Who Was Pregnant Found Still Burning After She Was Murdered And Set Alight

A young pregnant woman was training as a firefighter has been found dead with her body badly burned and still on fire after she vanished while making a trip to the bank.

Tassila Kenha, 24, was reported as missing on the morning of 11th August after telling family members that she was visiting a bank in the area of Quatro Bocas in the municipality of Tome-Acu in the Brazilian state of Para.

Her dead body was found in a nearby rural area, still aflame when the local authorities arrived on the scene, according to the news site G1.

While searching for the missing relative, family members learned that a young woman’s body had been sent to the Renato Chaves Expertise Centre in the city of Castanhal.

Loved ones identified the victim after arriving at the centre and discovering the worst. Her body was released to the family for burial later that afternoon.

According to local media, the young woman was last seen talking to a man in a red car at a petrol station and the police are reviewing CCTV footage in the area to help with the investigation.

The victim’s family told the police that she was pregnant by a man, name not reported, who wanted her to have an abortion, something she did not agree with.

Her family have called on the authorities to find the suspect as soon as possible and deliver justice for Kenha.

The victim was in the process of graduating as a firefighter and her passing out ceremony was due to take place next month, an event she was raising money for at the time of her death.
