Police have freed a brute who stabbed his ex-partner in the chest – while wearing a blood-soaked “zero violence” T-shirt – because he is partially deaf.

Police in Sucre Department, Colombia, said that 27-year-old Sebastian Alonso Arango Ortega had been lying in wait for his ex-girlfriend in San Marcos municipality.
As 30-year-old Arledis Paola Bohorquez Guerra walked down the street after having left work, he suddenly attacked her, plunging a blade into her chest.
Miraculously, she survived the onslaught and was taken to hospital in a delicate condition, with a perforated lung.

National Police managed to find and arrest Arango Ortega, who hails from Medellin.
Officers found him wearing a blood-soaked T-shirt emblazoned – ironically – with the phrase “zero violence”.
But he was released shortly after his capture because – according to local media – of his hearing disability.
He reportedly faces a charge of personal injury. It is not clear why he is not apparently facing a charge of attempted femicide.

Personal details and photographs posted to social media suggest that Arledis hails from nearby Galeras and is the mother of a young girl.
