This is the moment at least 12 heavily armed hitmen from El Chapo’s Sinaloa Cartel interrogate a group of half-naked members of a rival gang to make them confess to the brutal beheading of a woman.

The footage shows 12 reported members of the Sinaloa Cartel formerly led by Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman interrogating 10 half-naked men in the state of Zacatecas in central Mexico who are heard admitting they beheaded a woman and collaborated with the police to carry out criminal activities.

The hitmen are seen carrying guns and pointing them at the alleged members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) while they are sitting on the floor. Some of them have their faces covered.

A hitman is heard saying: “Who murdered the woman in Juan Aldama? Who beheaded her?”

One of the men sitting on the floor says: “We did. The state police support us. They tell us what time they are going to come to Juan Aldam, what time they are setting out and what streets they are going to patrol.”

The hitman then sends a warning message saying: “For all the citizens of Zacatecas, we came to help. We are here to clean things up. This is what will happen to all kidnappers, extortionists, rapists and ‘chapulines’ (hitmen). We are here to help citizens. Now you know it, regards.”

Local media reported that the Zacatecas Government have confirmed they found 14 dead bodies wrapped in sheets which had been dumped on the side of a road in the municipality of Fresnillo the day the clip was shared on social media.

However, it is unclear if these bodies are those of the men seen in the clip.

Another dead body was found in the nearby municipality of Calera, local media reported.

Last week was especially violent in the country as the Secretary of Security of Mexico City Omar Garcia Harfuch was attacked by alleged members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel who shot at his car killing two of his security guards and a civilian in Mexico City.

Harfuch reportedly underwent an operation as he had three gunshot wounds while 12 men were arrested during the attack.
