This is the moment a woman driver forgets to put the handbrake on her SUV which crushes a woman and a little child after rolling backwards.
The shocking incident happened in the district of Jiedong in Jiayang City in South China’s Guangdong Province.
CCTV images show the SUV owner, surnamed Luo, stepping out the driver’s seat of her car and the vehicle beginning to roll away as she leaves the door open.

Having forgotten to put on the handbrake, she then does not look back to check on the vehicle as it slowly disappears from where she had parked it.
The surveillance video shows the two victims and two others squatting down at the bottom of the hill, oblivious to the impending danger.
The SUV then crashes into the child and adult, knocking them both to the ground and crushing them underneath before coming to a stop.
The woman driver can be seen pursuing the car on foot but only reaching it after the accident has already occurred.
Local authorities have found Luo guilty of negligence and said she will be 100 percent of the liability over the accident.
It is unclear how badly the victims were injured during the incident.
