This stunning model of a Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 has been made entirely with LEGO Technic bricks and is currently touring the world.

The model was built to reflect the dimensions and design of the Italian supercar right down to the smallest details.

The Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 model is being exhibited at the Akasya shopping centre in the Turkish city of Istanbul after previously being displayed in Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, and Dubai.

The model, built in cooperation with Lamborghini and the LEGO Group, will remain in Istanbul until 12th June.

A team of 15 people spent around 9,000 hours to assemble more than 400,000 LEGO Technic bricks and 154 different pieces to match the dimensions and design of the supercar.

Tuna Canatar, marketing director for LEGO Turkey, Greece and Israel, said: “We are very happy to be able to bring the vehicle here.

“It is very important for us to be a brand where all people can have fun and enjoy themselves, and of course we try to reach areas of interest there.

“This vehicle is the most important of these.

“Our vehicle is a product developed by a very large engineering team. When we look at it, it weighs 2.2 tons and is made with 400,000 LEGO pieces.

“A team of 15 people spent about 9,000 hours on the development and construction of the vehicle.

“When we look at it, the lights, the detail, we can see that is a perfectly unique model adaptation, exactly the same as the engine and the interior details.”

Canatar said the LEGO Lambo is not for sale and will probably be preserved at the toy company’s headquarters in Denmark.
