The ‘cannibal teacher’ accused of eating his lover after being intimate together reportedly scheduled a similar sex date only hours after the murder but the potential victim fell asleep when he arrived.

Maths and chemistry teacher Stefan R., 41, is on trial for killing and eating parts of Stefan Trogisch, 43, in his apartment on Parkstrasse Street in the German capital Berlin on 6th September 2020.

After allegedly murdering Trogisch, who had taken beer and Viagra with him to boost his self-confidence and shaved his private parts prior to the date, the suspect scheduled another meeting online a few hours later at 5.38pm, however the potential victim fell asleep when he arrived.

The information was revealed during the third day of the trial where evidence disclosed that the defendant appeared as ‘Spieltrieb1976’ on dating forums and ‘Serenus’ on human slaughter forums, and sought an answer to the following question: “Does skin grow over a penis once it’s removed?”

After looking up online terms associated with cannibalism such as ‘long pig’ and ‘fatten and slaughter people’ on the darknet, the suspect learned from an online friend that a freezer can help answer his bizarre hypothesis.

He then bought a EUR-176 (GBP 150) freezer five days before his rendezvous with the 43-year-old fitter and told his sister he planned to keep pizza in it when she asked what he wanted it for.

The 41-year-old teacher prepared for the date by placing a three-part butcher knife set and a bone saw next to his bedroom cupboard and he also put a sex swing in the living room as well as a sign on the window ledge that said: “Instructions for emasculating and slaughtering a person.”

Unaware of the teacher’s plan, Stefan Trogish took a cab and headed to his address, where he was later chopped into pieces that were dumped in various locations around the German capital, according to reports.

After committing the crime, the suspect logged back into the human slaughter forum where he proudly told a man from the city of Bremen: “I have it [the penis] now!”

However, despite extensive investigations the police have not managed to find the victim’s manhood to date.

The suspect was caught when police found 25 kilos (55 lbs) of a sodium hydroxide cleaning agent in his apartment that was described by the police as “suitable for dissolving human tissue”.

Investigators also found traces of the victim’s blood in the hallway after body parts began to appear around the city.

The teacher, who was also active on gay forums, was charged with murder on 18th May.

The trial against him began on 8th August.

According to evidence revealed on the third day, the teacher scheduled another date only three hours after his last text with the victim who told him at 2.36am: “I’m here, having a quick smoke, I’m ready, totally excited.”

A police officer testified that he was back online at 5.38am looking for another sex date, adding: “He was kicking it off with another stud.”

He then went out and bought a EUR-3.99 (GBP-3.42) bottle of wine and a EUR-9.49 (GBP-8.14) hacksaw from the hardware store and headed to the district of Kreuzberg to meet the next potential victim.

However, the man had already fallen asleep and did not open the door when the suspect called.

The newspaper Bild said that he tried to remove a document from the evidence box during the trial on Thursday, but he was caught as he put it in his pocket.

A police officer said: “His mood changed. He got nervous and was breathing heavily. He cried for a moment.”

The trial continues on 24th September while a final verdict is expected on 21st October.
