This is the bizarre moment a bull enjoys the view on top of a waterslide before slipping and clattering down it towards the country club swimming pool where it can then be seen taking a dip.

The incident was filmed at the Indaia Clube de Campo country club in the municipality of Nova Granada in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo on 6th November when temperatures were high.

According to the news site Metropoles, the young bull first enjoyed a dip in the pool before climbing the concrete steps to the top of the waterslide.

The calf reportedly strayed into the club from a neighbouring farm.

Six workers tied a rope around the bovine and managed to pull it into the pool where it was then led away.

Workers said it was not the first time a large animal had entered the club grounds, but it was the first occasion one had tried to use the waterslide.

Country club president Joao Luiz Andrade Zevole said: “The animal was a little hot and wanted to swim and use the waterslide, that’s all!

“The animal did not die, but it is cleaner now!”

On 8th November, Joao visited the neighbouring farm to check on the animal, adding that it is “prettier now because it exercised”.

The animal was not injured in the incident.

In the footage, the bull is seen standing at the top of the waterslide before apparently losing its footing and clattering down to the bottom.

The second clip shows workers leading the calf into the pool before leading it to the edge of the water and dragging it out.
