British DJ Spends GBP 200 000 In Luxury Restaurant While Showing Off

The British DJ Charlie Sloth has posted his GBP 200 000 bill the he notched up after showing off at a luxury restaurant in Dubai.

Charlie Rouillon, who is better-known under the pseudonym Charlie Sloth, 39, was enjoying lunch with friends in the luxury hotel Five Palm Jumeirah in Dubai when he received the shocking bill of AED 1, 014 973 (GBP 208, 011) in the rooftop restaurant The Penthouse on 16th November.

The celebrity, who works as a DJ, producer and TV presenter and was a former BBC radio one DJ published the photo on Instagram for his 780k followers, captioning it: “When flexing and showing off goes wrong… 1 MILLION AED @fivepalmjumeirah @thepenthousedubai do you do credit?”

The shocking bill included Japanese specialities, 38 ordinary bottles and two three-litre bottles of Ace Of Spade Rose, one six-litre bottle of Belvedere Russian spirit, Remy Louis VIII cognac and Don Julio 1942 tequila.

The restaurant commented on his photo, saying: ” Sorry Charlie. You know we don’t give credit we’ve been through this… please can you come to our head office as the CEO needs to speak to you urgently about your outstanding bill. #ThatsAlotOfDishesToWash.”

The British Dj, who came to Dubai earlier this month, has taken up residency on the rooftop restaurant, where he hosts brunches every Saturday.
