This is the moment employees at a school for bouncers and security guards stand and watch as a man is brutally beaten by thugs with batons in front of them.

The attack took place on Makarenko Street in the city of Stary Oskol in south-western Russian Belgorod Oblast region in front of the Vympel security school for bouncers and security guards.

In the CCTV footage, two men, who have not been named in reports, can be seen running away from three thugs.

One of the men trips and falls, allowing the thugs to catch up and being brutally beating him batons as his companion looks on.

Two of the thugs continue the brutal attack, repeatedly hitting the man all over his body with the batons, as the other yob chases the other man away.

Two men then come out of the school for bouncers and watch the attack before nervously walking over.

The two thugs ignore the men’s presence as they carry on the attack. One of the baton-wielding yobs then walks up to the two men and they back away.

The brutal attack continues in front of another member of staff at the school who does nothing to stop it.

Local police report that they have identified all the people involved in the fight, and say that the brawl was sparked by a domestic conflict.

Some reports state the victim was carrying a knife but this has not been confirmed.

Local media report no arrests have been reported and none of those involved have filed a police report.

Netizen ‘Aynur Dautov’ said: “What a great company to hire.”

While ‘Nadezhda Lyubimova’ added: “These people are beasts. They were calmly looking at this man being beaten up and nobody dared coming closer to them. People, this is so awful.”

And ‘Roman Melnikov’ added: “This is the best advertisement this security school could have got.”
