This is the young businesswoman who paid over 4,600 GBP for cosmetic surgery at a clinic only to be left with her mouth “wonky” and “leaking”.

Huang Fuxiu, 26, from the city of Yongzhou in Central China’s Hunan Province, paid 42,000 RMB (4,630 GBP) for facial fat grafting, a nose job and chin augmentation on 6th September.

She said: “I was really pretty before my surgery. Now my mouth is wonky.

“It leaks when I eat, I can’t chew properly, and I drool a lot when I sleep.”

Ms Huang said she was offered an opportunity to become a business partner of the clinic named Metic, which opened in Hunan provincial capital of Changsha in March this year.

Ms Huang said: “They promised me 50 percent commission on each client I brought in.

“They said the only thing I had to do was find clients, but they also wanted me to do surgery there first.

“I told them I was pretty enough already, but they said I needed to have done surgery there in order to be more convincing.”

Ms Huang said she agreed to the surgery because she was a young businesswoman and wanted to make money.

She borrowed over 95 percent of the funds from an online money lender charging 4.5 percent interest.

However, just two weeks after her surgery, Ms Huang’s lower jaw and mouth began slanting to one side – and it became worse by the day.

Ms Huang said: “I’m now too embarrassed to leave my house.”

Ms Huang has been locked in unsuccessful compensation negotiations with Metic owner and spokesman Pan Feng since.

But Mr Pan has cast doubt on Ms Huang’s claims and denies offering her any sort of partnership.

He told local media: “There is of course a possibility that her condition was caused by the surgery. I don’t deny that.

“But it’s also possible that she injected something else into her lips afterwards, like Botox.

“If that’s the case, then this whole thing is a blatant scam.”

Ms Huang denies getting any additional treatment after her latest surgery, saying she only ever purchased one Botox injection in 2017.

Mr Pan added: “I didn’t force her to get surgery here, and I definitely didn’t offer her a cut of our profits.”

He insists the clinic is fully legal, but Changsha health bureau officials are now investigating Metic for suspected malpractice, including unlawfully providing Ms Huang with general anaesthesia during her operation.

Ms Huang did not reveal whether she had any of her ‘business partner’ claims in writing.
