This is the moment a Brazilian bodybuilder stuns his online followers with a close-up video of his leg muscles contracting which is going viral with over 300,000 views in under a day.

Brazilian bodybuilder Rafael Brandao shared the clip of him contorting his huge thigh muscles with his 557,000 followers on social media.

In the video, Brandao’s leg can be seen stretched out on a bed when he begins flexing the different muscles in his thigh by raising and lowering his knee.

The muscles expand and contract like a scene from a science-fiction film and the bodybuilder added the caption: “Three days and lots still to happen. A lot of water, a lot of water and few carbs. We’re going to see how this transformation is going to be in the next few days.”

Netizen’s loved the close-up video, with ‘rafaelminomunoz’ commenting: “A monster.”

Brandao often shared snaps of his ripped physique with his followers.

The bodybuilder is said to have struggled to gain weight when he was growing up because of his fast metabolism. 

He then decided to join a gym and started to train to become a bodybuilder.

He is now an elite bodybuilder on the IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilding And Fitness) Pro Circuit.
