This is the moment a jealous ex-boyfriend attacks a beautiful model, punching her in the face and kicking her once she is on the ground after she shared snaps of herself having a good time at a local nightclub with pals.
Gizem Akbas was left with a broken nose after she went to the nightclub in Besiktas, a district in the municipality of Istanbul, in western Turkey, with her friends to have fun. But although the images she shared showed that she had enjoyed herself, her evening ended with a violent attack that left her with a broken nose.
Her ex-boyfriend, Mucahit Ismail Ayta, flew into a rage when he saw the posts online and went to the club, according to local media.
He spotted the young woman leaving a table to go to the toilets and seized the opportunity to attack her, as the footage shows.
He can be seen brutally punching her in the face on the club’s security footage.
After the model, whose age has not been reported, fell to the ground, he then proceeded to kick her and continued to beat her until security personnel appeared and put a stop to the incident.
Gizem’s nose was broken in the attack and she was left with numerous bruises all over her body.
Ayta, the suspect, was referred to a judge after his statement was taken by the authorities at the Domestic Violence Bureau.
After his proceedings at the courthouse, Mucahit Ismail Ayta was arrested for intentional injury and sent to Metris Prison.
Gizem told local media “we broke up about one year ago because he cheated on me. But he never accepted it.”
She added that he had said: “You can’t leave me.”
She also said: “I filed a complaint, and I obtained a restraining order against him. Despite this, he saw me through my social media posts and came to the place where I was on the day of the event.
“He punched me, and I fell to the ground; he grabbed my hair and started to kick me. He hit me mercilessly.”
