This stunning 27-year-old woman has died of a heart attack while working in a McDonald’s restaurant in Belgium.

Nadege Mukunayi-Zayna reportedly died at her place of work in Marcinelle in the city of Charleroi in the Belgian province of Hainaut.

The young woman suffered a heart attack while working her shift in a McDonald’s restaurant and paramedics on the scene were unable to resuscitate her, according to reports.

There are currently no further details on the 27-year-old’s passing.

One of Mukunayi-Zayna’s friends and colleagues named Madii said on social media: “When I came to work yesterday we were all told that you had died. I cannot believe it. I am still in shock. All those funny moments together came flooding back in a split second.

“You were always a very positive woman. You lost your mum about a year ago I remember, and now you are together again.

“You had your whole life ahead of you. Know that you are in my heart forever. Rest in peace beautiful.”

Mukunayi-Zayna’s cousin wrote: “I miss you loads already. Your smile, your ‘joie de vivre’, our plans together. I just can’t imagine life without you.

“I won’t get over my son never knowing his great aunt. You were the very first person to encourage me to start my own business. I promise to make you proud.”

Mukunayi-Zayna’s funeral took place near her home in Montignies-sur-Sambre in Charleroi on Friday.
