This is the moment a man accidentally trapped in a bank foyer with the alarm blaring bangs on the glass and shouts in vain to try and wake up the security guard sleeping outside.

However, the sleeping official cannot be jolted from his slumber despite the mayhem ringing around him.

Lee said on social media: “What the hell. Once I entered, the alarm immediately went off. The door was locked right after and I was trapped.”

His footage of the incident has been viewed over 585,000 times on Facebook.

According to local media, a passerby noticed Lee screaming for help and woke the guard up. However, all he did was shrug and say: “I don’t know how to open the door.”

Lee then had to call the emergency services who managed to rescue him from the vestibule.

On his way out, he filmed the bank’s exterior to show where he was trapped and the relaxing guard seated next to it.
