BABY HORROR: Dad ‘Gunned Down’ Mum And Fled With Seven-Month-Old Daughter

A father said to have shot dead his seven-month-old baby’s mother and then kidnapped the tot is being hunted by police in Mexico.

Mother Racquel Sabean’s decomposing body was found under a blanket on the back seat of her car in Tijuana after locals complained of the smell.

Baby Valentina Sabean was reported missing on 10th June but has not been seen since 17th April.

The tot had been taken to Mexico by her US Navy veteran mother and dad, named only as Paul WPH.

Her mother’s body was found more than six weeks later on 31st May.

Racquel was reportedly from the Californian city of San Diego, just across the border from Tijuana.

The Mexican authorities said on Tuesday, 14th June, that they had found her body after receiving a complaint about an abandoned car that was giving off a bad smell.

The Attorney General’s Office for the state of Baja California issued an Amber Alert along with a statement on Friday, 10th June, saying: “The support of citizens and the media is required to find the whereabouts of the minor, since she is in a vulnerable situation and may be the victim of a crime, or suffer damage to her health.”

Baja California Attorney General Ricardio Carpio has said that the father is a suspect and that he needs to be located so that the baby can be found.

He added that the Mexican authorities were working together with authorities in the US to locate the baby.
